New headhunter in football: “We don't see candidate name. We don't see photographs. We don't see educational level, unless it's relevant”

Level = is the name of an inclusive recruitment business targeted at the sports industry. It has begun working with the Premier League, as well as Brentford, over recent months to fill roles through a new process designed to be fully debiased.
The company does recruitment very differently. To indicate how the process is working, as applications arrive clients can see data about the candidates, including gender, age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, and even their parents’ income levels.
Why it matters: An infamous job advert posted by National League North club AFC Fylde last year was viewed as an example of how the game should not be aiming to recruit new staff.
The perspective: As football comes under growing pressure to be more inclusive, different ways of filling roles are gaining interest across the game.
