FIFA will next month decide on wide-ranging changes to the transfer system, which will rein in player agents’ earnings and see football’s world governing body take a more hands on approach to the dispersal of commissions and fees through the development of a so-called ‘FIFA bank’.

The endorsement of these proposals by FIFA’s Football Stakeholders Committee comes after a lengthy consultation and development process by the organisation’s administration and will be voted on by the FIFA Council next month.
