Following a successful start to the season and different structural changes to the club, Swansea's chairman, Trevor Birch, has spoken out on what still needs to be done to meet the club's financial targets.

Amidst a successful start to the season, Swansea's ambitious chairman, Trevor Birch, has shared his thoughts on the ongoing changes taking place at the Liberty Stadium.

Birch was hired this summer to bring the club back on a financially stable course after relegation to the Championship two seasons ago saw the club's annual income drop by approximately £60 million.
