Monday briefing: UEFA and CONCACAF demand $2.11bn distribution from FIFA reserves

UEFA and CONCACAF have called on FIFA president Gianni Infantino to distribute at least $10 million to each of the governing body’s 211 member associations from its cash reserves, according to BBC Sport.
