Local pride a strong driver behind deal, but Lee Jones believes success of Barnsley will rub off on the city and local business.
Lee Jones has been a Barnsley supporter since he was four years old.
Now his company is on the front of the shirts of the newly-promoted Championship club.
“Getting the main shirt sponsorship was quite a proud moment for myself and my family. It is a very proud moment when the team go out and I am able to see the company logo on the main shirt.”
Jones is the founder and director of The Investment Room - a property investment and development company - which became the main shirt sponsor of newly-promoted Barnsley FC this summer.
