1. Olympique Lyon president asks players to take pay cut and get shares instead

Olympique Lyon revealed a massive half year loss Tuesday of €50 million, and Wednesday president Jean-Michel Aulas revealed at a press briefing that to manage costs he had met with the players to negotiate a temporary 25 per cent wage cut for those earning more than €50,000 a month.
