LFC Vice President, stadium operations, Paul Cuttill, reveals big uplift in matchday food and drink sales since launching cashless service.
Cashless has removed potential security issue for staff moving cash around the stadium.
Queues drastically reduced, which has been especially noticeable in older stands at Anfield, with narrow concourses.
Liverpool’s matchday food and drink sales have increased a lot since introducing cashless payments across Anfield.
A phased rollout across the stadium has been completed, with immediate benefits confirmed by the club.
LFC Vice President, stadium operations, Paul Cuttill, told offthepitch.com:
"We have already seen an uplift of 10 per cent, in terms of numbers of fans served since going cashless.
