Liverpool and Nike kit sponsorship to go ahead as New Balance's claim is dismissed
Getty Images | Starting next season, New Balance will no longer be producing Liverpool's kits after today's court verdict.
Referring to reasons given in court, the judge dismissed the claim from New Balance, according to the Liverpool Echo.
New Balance's appeal of the verdict has also been dismissed by the judge, who said he was not persuaded there would be a prospect of success.
