There is a growing sense among the football industry of wanting to complete the season, according to Leeds' managing director, Angus Kinnear, who told Sky Sports it is "vital" for maintaining the integrity of the football pyramid.

Football has been suspended across Europe's top leagues until at least 3rd April due to the coronavirus situation, casting doubt over how to deal with the remainder of the season if circumstances don't improve soon.
