Four of Europe’s biggest leagues along with the governing bodies of European, Asian and world football have issued an unprecedented joint statement calling on the Saudi government to clamp down on rogue broadcaster, BeoutQ, which, they say, broadcasts pirate streams “on an industrial scale”.
