The president points out that others have been allowed to return to work and footballers should be allowed as well.

The president of Lazio, Claudio Lotito, has vented his frustration with his players not being allowed to return to training, saying he doesn't understand why it can't be done if proper testing and hygiene regimens are performed. 

Italian football is currently suspended indefinitely and is unlikely to resume anytime soon in the country which has recorded the most deaths from the virus worldwide.
