LaLiga distributing coronavirus tests to clubs as a third of Valencia CF players and staff test positive

If clubs have not already tested for the virus, they will be directed to do so, according to the Spanish newspaper AS.

In Spain, a country where the number of coronavirus cases is growing rapidly, LaLiga is now distributing test kits to clubs in the top two divisions in order to determine the virus' impact. 

The government of Spain has declared a national emergency and imposed a nationwide lockdown for the next two weeks. As of Monday, there were 7,988 cases in the country and 294 deaths from the virus.
