The Spanish league intends to test players 24 hours before the potential resumption of the campaign.

Five LaLiga players and three non-players have tested positive for Covid-19.

LaLiga president Javier Tebas is hoping to resume the season on 12th June through plans that would see football in Spain's first and second division being played every day for 35 days.

LaLiga clubs have been allowed to again begin training last week, but Spain's minister of health, Salvador Illa, has recently issued a more cautious timeline on returning to competitive play and said it would be "imprudent" of him to give a specific date on the resumption of football.
