Annual report discloses spectacular turnover jump to £125.2 million from £15.8 million following Wembley play-off win
Huddersfield are expected to crash out of the Premier League in their second season but the financial hit will not break them.
A change in manager has not arrested a seasonal slump that has seen the team on the pitch collect just 14 points with seven games remaining.
But the decision to keep a tight grip on the club’s finances, controlled by owner Dean Hoyle, means they will step out for the next campaign amongst one of the favourites to return.
