Former Sheffield United owner's appeal request rejected by COA

The decision puts an end to a contentious litigation process which lasted more than two years.

After a lengthy legal battle, former owner Kevin McCabe's involvement with the club ended in September last year when he was forced by a High Court ruling to sell his stake to then-co-owner Prince Abdullah.
