Media: Former Man City owner in talks with Crystal Palace

The 69-year-old former prime minister has been the cause of controversy in his native Thailand - having been found guilty of corruption and forced into exile.

The former prime minister of Thailand and previous Manchester City owner, Thaksin Shinawatra, is apparently interested in a return to the Premier League as he has opened talks with Crystal Palace. 

According to Goal.com, the Thai billionaire has made contact with the London club and is prepared to pay £150 million.
