Ahead of the redevelopment of City Ground, The Reds seek inspiration at Tottenham’s new stadium and Greece outfit Olympiacos’ Karaiskakis Stadium.

The modernized and bigger City Ground will benefit both the fans and players as their conditions are meant to improve substantially.

The club hopes the new City Ground will mean an additional income from increased hospitality and conference business.

Nottingham Forest want to bring world-class facilities to the Banks of the River Trent. To ensure the redevelopment of City Ground truly will be world class, The Reds have studied some of the best sporting venues across Europe, not just in football, but in rugby and cricket as well.

They hope the redevelopment will end up delivering a modern stadium the fans can be proud of, for many years to come. Therefor they’ve visited Spurs’ new London home and the home of Olympiacos, which is also owned by Reds owner Evangelos Marinakis.
