Atletico Madrid face having to overcome a 0-1 home defeat when they visit Stamford Bridge to keep the momentum of their otherwise promising season going.

But it's no surprise if Chelsea prove to be the superior team, with a wage bill of €323.2 million last season compared to Atletico Madrid's €242.1 million in 2018/19.

In terms of turnover, income from commercial activities is the biggest difference with Chelsea's revenue of €194.2 million more than double Atletico Madrid's at €80.3 million.
