Financial head-to-head Atletico de Madrid v Real Madrid

Atletico Madrid are somewhat comfortably first in LaLiga, five points to FC Barcelona and Real Madrid in second and third, respectively, so a win for Zidane's side could reignite the title race.

Despite the pandemic, Real Madrid's wage bill climbed by €16.8 million last season to €411 million, significantly higher than Atletico Madrid's €242.1 million.

Commercially, Real Madrid are in another league, however, with income of €312.1 million last season compared to Atletico Madrid's of €80.3 million the year prior.
