Final hearing date set for former CEO's claims against Aston Villa

The hearing involving former Aston Villa CEO Keith Wyness, who claims unfair dismissal from the club, is set to begin next month.

Wyness resigned in the summer last year after he had been accused of being a whistleblower.

Former Aston Villa CEO Keith Wyness' claims against the club are due to be heard in a final hearing beginning on 4th November.

The hearing has been listed to last nine days, Birmingham Live reports.

Wyness opened the case against the club for unfair dismissal in August last year.

The former CEO resigned from his position at Aston Villa after he had been accused of being a whistleblower. Wyness denies the accusation.
