FIFA hires US financial advisory firm to secure $1 billion for revamped Club World Cup

Raine Group has been hired to secure the backing for next year's inaugural 24-team Club Wold Cup, according to the New York Times.
FIFA began a tender process in December but appears to have failed to amass the necessary capital for the tournament.
