For the first time in the history of Deloitte's Football Money League, FC Barcelona top the list.

The Spanish champions have swapped places with Real Madrid, who topped the list last year.

Once again, the Premier League contributed the most teams to the list, with Manchester United still the highest-ranking English team, though it might be for the last time.

In the 2018/19 season, Real Madrid generated revenue of £667.5 million. The gap of £73.6 million between Barcelona and Real Madrid is the biggest between first and second place on the list in the publication's history.
