The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has refused to expedite the Super League's complain against UEFA over its organisation of European football competitions, according to Politico.

A court in Madrid had asked the CJEU to assess whether UEFA breached EU competition law when it attempted to block top clubs from establishing the breakaway league.
