EFL announces new chairman designate
Getty Images | Parry has previously served as chief executive at both Liverpool FC (1997-2009) and the Premier League (1991-1997).
The EFL has announced that Rick Parry has been named as chairman designate of the EFL board.
In order for Parry to take up the position, the EFL clubs will have to endorse him on 26th September.
Debbie Jevans will resume her previous role.
