Henry Gabay, the potential acquirer of Derby County, has broken silence to say that his bid to take over the Midlands club is on track despite the Christmas break approaching.

Gabay, a Turkish-Swiss banker told offthepitch.com that the approach for Derby County, first revealed earlier this month, said “Everything is in motion, we’re working on it.”
