1. Tottenham Hotspur eligible for £125 million stadium rebate under Project Big Picture proposals

Tottenham Hotspur will be able to claim back around £125 million for the costs of their £1.2 billion new stadium and Liverpool around £30 million on their newly-built Main stand if the proposals in the “Project Big Picture” becomes reality, according to the Daily Telegraph.
