I’m particularly looking forward to visiting Nissan Stadium in Yokohama this Saturday," Guardiola said follwing the announcement.

CFG has extended its global partnership with Japanese carmaker Nissan.

Nissan was the first multi-club partner of CFG.

The manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola, has been named a Nissan ambassador.

City Football Group (CFG) and Nissan have extended their global partnership for an unspecified period.

The partnership will see the Japanese carmaker continue to be the global automotive partner of CFG and its teams in the UK, US and Australia - more specifically, Manchester City FC, New York City FC and Melbourne City FC.

It is a great endorsement of our partnership that we are extending our relationship and will continue to work closely together.
