Chelsea signing Kovačić despite the transfer ban should not be seen as a loophole

Despite Chelsea’s transfer ban, the World Cup finalist signed a five-year deal with the London club.

FIFA saying that everything regarding this transfer was 100 per cent in line with the rules.
