Getty Images | Charlton manager Lee Bowyer have agreed to a three-year contract extension, keeping him at the London club until 2023.

Having been appointed as caretaker manager in March 2018, Bowyer's status as first-team manager was made permanent in September that year - and will now run a further three years.

"From day one, he was always our priority," said Charlton's executive chairman, Matt Southall.
