Photo: PA Images Since Stephen Bettis was appointed as CEO, Sheffield United have done remarkably well on the pitch - two promotions in quick succession, one easily forgets that only three years ago the Blades played League One.

Sheffield United have found themselves cast in a Premier League fairy tale this year and, as they're now vying for a ticket to Europe, their story may be far from over.

This week we cast the spotlight on the CEO of Sheffield United since 2016, Stephen Bettis.

Since Stephen Bettis was appointed as CEO, the club have done remarkably well on the pitch. Having secured two promotions in quick succession, one easily forgets that only three years ago the Blades played League One. Financially, however, they're still on shaky ground, but as Sheffield United are now playing in the Premier League, that situation should have stabilised by the time they release their 2019/20 financial statement next year.
