The chief executive officer at Huddersfield, Julian Winter, is set to leave the club.

54-year-old Julian Winter has been the CEO at Huddersfield since Easter 2016. He is expected to leave in early 2020, the club write in a statement.

According to the club's chairman, Phil Hodgkinson, Winter feels it is time for a new challenge.

"I would like to thank Julian for his work on behalf of the Club. I have only worked with him for a relatively short time, but I'm particularly grateful for the groundwork he put into the period of my takeover," Hodgkinson said.
