Cardiff City chairman Mehmet Dalman attacks football’s governing bodies over what he says are their failings to address the financial cliff edge facing football clubs.
“Football’s governing bodies, whichever one you pick, have been ineffective. The FA Premier League, EFL, the PFA, have shown no ability to lead anything in this crisis, in fact they’ve done nothing,” he said in an interview with offthepitch.com.
