Britain’s richest man is on the brink of taking over a Ligue 1 side

Jim Ratcliffe has been negotiating with a Ligue 1 side for several months and a takeover deal is near completion.
Ratcliffe already owns a Swiss football team and is also involved in cycling and sailing.
