Brentford sell record number of replica shirts

Brentford Football Club have sold a record amount of replica shirts this season, with the away kit being substantially more popular than last year’s.
The club signed a new four-year partnership with Umbro ahead of the season.
Brentford FC's new kit partnership with Umbro has got off to a flying start with the club selling a record number of replica shirts.
The Manchester-based kit supplier replaced Adidas ahead of this season in a deal running until 2023, with one of the kits in particular having been very well received by fans.
"It is fair to say that the away kit – the black and yellow one – has gone significantly better than our brown one of previous year," said Brentford CEO Jon Varney.
