Brentford put equality, diversity and inclusion at heart of their plans as they look to build on Premier League status

Back in February, Brentford were ranked highest in the Premier League in a matchday fan experience survey for the 2021/22 season, with the club’s focus on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) seen as a key factor.
Through a three-year strategy the club is aiming to become “market leaders in football EDI”. Monique Choudhuri, a non-executive director on the club’s board and a key player behind the strategy, shares with Off The Pitch details of their latest plans.
