Bournemouth's loan manager departs to coach Leyton Orient

He was subsequently promoted to manager of the under-21s before taking on the role of loan-player manager earlier this season.

Bournemouth's loan manager, Carl Fletcher, has left the club to become the head coach of League Two side Leyton Orient, the club have confirmed.

Previously the manager of Plymouth, he joined the Cherries in 2014, initially taking charge of the club's under-18 side before being promoted to manager of the under-21s.
