The sale of Bolton Wanderers collapsed Saturday morning, just three days before the EFL's deadline.

If the involved parties fail to reach a compromise, the club will have their EFL membership revoked.

The new development could potentially lead to the club's liquidation and the loss of over 150 jobs.
