Arsenal offer UEFA venue assistance: Fans struggle to reach Baku, and players’ safety isn’t guaranteed there

Arsenal offer UEFA assistance in future decisions on final venues, as “what has happened this season is unacceptable, and cannot be repeated”.

Conflicts between Armenia and Azerbaijan mean Arsenal are yet to receive acceptable guarantees that their Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be safe in Baku.
