Financial head-to-head Brentford v Fulham

Fulham face Brentford Tuesday night in what is described as football's financially most significant match, with the winner gaining Premier League promotion resulting in additional income of at least £170 million.

Thanks to spending last season in the English top flight, Fulham's income stood at almost ten times that of Brentford in 2018/19 at £137.7 million to their £15.2 million.

Despite that, Brentford won both matches against Fulham in the regular season, while the Cottagers have recorded just one win in the past ten corresponding fixtures.
