Manchester City face Borussia Dortmund having to defend a 2-1 home win from last week in order to advance to the Champions League semi-final.
The Premier League club's wage bill was almost twice as large as Borussia Dortmund's last season at €400.6 million to €215.2 million.
While Borussia Dortmund recorded an EBITDA of €22.8 million, Manchester City's stood at negative €1.3 million.
