Barcelona appoint new board members after resignations: Confirm legal action against former director

Six directors resigned last week and in an open letter accused the club of being mismanaged.

Barcelona have confirmed they will take legal action against their former vice president Emili Rousaud, co-signer of said letter.

Barcelona have appointed five new directors to their board and confirmed they will take legal action against the club's former vice president Emili Rousaud, who, along with five other board members, resigned last week and accused the club of being mismanaged. 

The now former directors in an open letter last week expressed their concerns over how the club is being managed and the impact the coronavirus situation will have on Barcelona's finances.
