Spurs chairman calls for a change of the Premier League transfer window

Spurs' chairman, Daniel Levy, was once in favour of shortening the summer transfer window.
However, other leagues having not followed suit, Levy now believes the window should be reverted.
In the public eye, Tottenham's chairman, Daniel Levy, is perceived as a firm and hard negotiator - perhaps one of the best in football - and a man who loves making a deal late in the transfer window, as Tottenham have done many times during his tenure.
However, in an interview with the Evening Standard, Levy dismisses both claims and calls for a change of the transfer window in the Premier League.
