1. RFEF refuses to answer questions on breach of agent regulations

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has failed to respond to multiple requests for comment from Off The Pitch over apparent breaches of FIFA's regulations on working with intermediaries.

Unlike all other football associations, the RFEF does not annually publish online on its website an overview of the prior year's intermediaries transactions. It also doesn't publish the total amount clubs paid to agents in the prior year.
