Norwich's chief operating officer, Ben Kensell, confirmed the purchases at a recent general assembly, allowing the club to potentially erect a new stand.
Kensell also admitted he preferred not to be sponsored by a company linked with addiction, but that he could not pass on the big amounts paid out by gambling firms.
At the general assembly, the club's chief financial officer also shared his financial forecast for next season, revealing the club expected to record a turnover of £126 million and a profit of £16 million.
Norwich have secured land around Carrow Road as part of their plans to expand their stadium, the club's chief operating officer, Ben Kensell, confirmed at a recent annual general assembly.
"We've purchased two parts of land outside the ground. We now own the footprint around the ground so we can now deliver on our long-term masterplan," he said.
The purchases are located in a strip between the City Stand and Koblenz Avenue and the area behind the Barclay.
