Manchester United eyeing the "perfect solution" to rejuvenate Old Trafford
26 November 2019
Manchester United are currently doing a big review of what needs to be done to rejuvenate Old Trafford.
In a response to critics, the club's executive vice chairman, Ed Woodward, said that the owners have already invested heavily in the stadium, despite admitting that more needs to be done.
Manchester United's owners, the Glazer family, are looking at ways to overhaul Old Trafford.
"We're doing a big review in terms of where we are and what we need to do," Ed Woodward, United's executive vice chairman, said in an interview with the United We Stand fanzine, according to the Telegraph.
Woodward's statement is a response to claims that the Glazers do not want to spend any money on the stadium, with supporters complaining that it is in poor condition.
