Chairman of Tottenham Hotspur believes the new stadium provides the infrastructure for Spurs to become one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Off The Pitch reported the cost of the stadium to be above £1.2 billion in March, and Daniel Levy now acknowledges the cost will be in the order of £1 billion with further improvements and expenses to come.
