Now approaching its 30th birthday, Football Manager boasts a network of more than 1000 scouts across 80 countries.

Football Manager publisher, Sports Interactive, is now data provider for a number of leading clubs.

Game’s database being utilised to assess Brexit implications.

In the mid-1990s Sports Interactive's Studio Director Miles Jacobson would send out in the post printed data matrixes to a network of club experts. They were then asked to score out of 20 points their team’s players on a range of abilities, from heading ability to pace, to which foot was their strongest.
