Bristol City have appointed Dean Holden, who lead the Robins for the final five matches of the season as caretaker, as permanent head coach. Holden is joined by England U19s and U20s managers, Paul Simpson and Keith Downing, who have both left their roles with the FA to become joint assistant head coaches.
