Brighton and Amex agree huge partnership extension

The multi-million-pound deal is more than double the value of the previous agreement.
It will see Amex continue to have naming rights over the club’s stadium and training facilities as well as continuing as the club’s official shirt sponsor.
On the eve of the return of top-flight football in England, Brighton announced an extension of their historic partnership with Amex in a multi-million-pound, multi-year deal.
The partnership, which began with a stadium naming rights agreement in 2010, will continue over 12 years and is worth £100 million, according to media reports.
Coming out at around £8.5 million a year, this is almost double the value of the old deal which ran at £4 million a year, with £1.5 million thereof being tied into the shirt deal.
