1. NFL team looking to up stake in Leeds United

San Francisco 49ers, who owns a ten per cent stake in Leeds United, are looking to increase their investment in the club who have just been promoted to the Premier League, according to the New York Times.

"It's something that we are absolutely hoping to do," 49ers executive Paraag Marathe told the newspaper.
